Innervision retreat is customized to meet the unique needs of each individual
or group. Sedona and the Four Corners region offer limitless possibilities
for your organization's transformative experience; the following examples
are guidelines that can be further customized (including the addition of
extra days if desired) to suit the needs of your organization. 5 day Sedona based retreats • Day One: Arrive in Sedona, and settle into your luxury hotel before meeting for a welcome dinner and orientation. • Day Two will be spent largely in the land, beginning with a jeep tour of Sedona, followed by a casual lunch before heading back into nature for a hike that offers direct experience of the land. This experience helps awaken the participants to the interconnectedness of all that is. Opening to this underlying connection sets the stage for personal and group transformation and healing. The day ends with a sunset jeep tour (weather permitting). Your choice of chuckwagon barbecue or upscale restaurant meal concludes Day Two. • Day Three offers more time spent in Sedona's natural wonders as a link to accessing one's own inner "knowing". After a morning spent in the land and your choice of picnic box lunch or casual restaurant meal, the afternoon is devoted to a Native ritual designed to foster new bonds between individuals and to honor the group as a whole. The day concludes with dinner at the hotel. • Day Four begins with a morning workshop at Sedona's famed Creative Life Center, where Fran works with the whole group or on an individual basis as needed. This session is devoted to bringing together all aspects of the Innervision experience, helping participants to process new insights, and learn how to integrate the mind/body/spirit awareness they have experienced, upon reentry into the 'real world'. Fran will also discuss follow-up support as a tool for your organization to continue to build on this transformation. After lunch, optional free time activities include spa treatments, horseback trail rides, shopping excursions or instruction in meditation techniques. A celebratory dinner follows the day's activities. Other possible optional activities (some of which may require additional days) may include: • Sunrise balloon ride over the desert • Helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon • Guest speakers of your choice, brought in to address your group • Day Five concludes with a farewell breakfast and transport to the airport. Longer retreats Longer retreats can incorporate several destinations. Your journey can originate in Sedona as described above, or in any of the Four Corners locations. Past Innervision retreats have included (but are not limited to) the following destinations: • The magnificent Vermillion Cliffs region of northern Arizona • Horseshoe Canyon in southern Utah, often referred to as the “Louvre of the Southwest”, regarded as one of the the most spectacular examples of prehistoric Native American rock painting in North America • Monument Valley of Arizona and Utah, as well as remote sacred areas on nearby tribal land, accessible only by horseback with a Navajo guide • The aptly named Valley of the Gods, Utah • Bryce Canyon, Utah • Canyon de Chelly, Arizona • Moab, Utah • Grand Staircase-Escalante, located on the Colorado plateau in south-central Utah • Superstition Mountains, Arizona • Mesa Verde, Colorado • Shiprock-Farmington, New Mexico • Chaco Canyon, New Mexico Corporate follow-up counseling Every truth passes through three stages before it is recognized. In the first, it is ridiculed. In the second, it is opposed. In the third, it is regarded as self-evident. —Arthur Schopenauer Often after returning to the “real world” issues arise that make it difficult to implement insights gained at the retreat… “I really thought I had ‘it’ but now it seems as if those profound experiences never happened,” you may find yourself thinking. “New paradigms are fine on a mountaintop, but I can’t seem to make them work in the world of day-to-day living.” Or, “ I was so eager and ready to apply these new principles at the office, but no matter how hard I try I get nothing but resistance from the people around me.” Fran will help the members of your organization make the transition from conceptual theory to practical implementation; Included in the cost of every corporate retreat is a 2 hour followup consultation, at your place of business or other location on your choice.* This session can be in the form of one-on-one consultation or group question and answer period, as needed. *or if you prefer 2 hours of telephone consultation can be substituted. • scheduling is subject to Fran’s availability • followup consultation is for retreat participants only; new seminar information would not be discussed at this time • one session, up to 2 hours in duration as needed. May not be split up into multiple sessions of lesser duration. • does not include Fran’s travel and accommodations, which would be billed to client separately. If telephone consultation is chosen instead, applicable phone charges would be billed to client. Additional follow-up support The transformative process begun through an Innervision retreat can sometimes continue to unfold after the retreat has concluded. If you wish, a program of follow-up support can be set up which may include regular telephone consultations with Fran as needed, and/or on-site consultation at your place of business. This follow-up support may be purchased at the time that you book your retreat, or you may choose it as an option any time after the retreat has concluded if your group feels the need for further support at that time. Information and pricing Each retreat is custom designed to suit the needs of the participants. Contact Fran to discuss your group’s needs and preferences, and for pricing. |
